• A few things are not to find in the documentation.
    When entering a staff member in settings I see two empty fields at the appointment. What are they meant for?
    What do they mean with “capacity” in services? Search in support gives no results.
    what is a calendar slot length?
    I entered a time format (24h), but nothing changed.
    I entered a dateformat, but nothing changed
    After entering all necessary information, and then trying to make an appointment, all timeslots are not available.
    When I choose “any” staffmember, it still picks a specific staffmember.

    Each time slot can allow one or more bookings at the same hour. This is used for example for class rooms.

    After entering all necessary information, and then trying to make an appointment, all timeslots are not available.

    I’m sorry i don’t get this one. I have the form to create staff members opened and i just see 3 fields, full name, email and username. Can you please elaborate your?

    When I filled in the second of those above mentioned 2 fields, the timeslots were available. I meant the two fields in staff>services.

    I have made a screenshot, but cannot upload here?

    I want to translate in Dutch, but it seems the only way is to do it manually. I tried a few autotranslate-programs, but no succes.

    Another problem: when I make a client appointment, and I type a name in the “client”field, it says “no results found”. So how can I make an appointment for a new customer??

    I made some appointments as a customer, but they did not appear in the calendar ??

    It is very confusing, that in the email section you put every time the same sentence:
    “This is the welcome email that is sent to the client when registering a new account”
