Incomplete CSV documents for Mac user.

  • Hi Folks,
    I’m having a problems with my EntryWizard plug in.
    One of our editors is a Mac user and when he downloads spreadsheet and images user info is missing from the spreadsheet. All that shows is basic image details.
    Is there something I’m not doing?
    His permission is “Download From Any Webform”
    WordPress 5.2.2
    EntryWizard Version 1.3.12

    I doubt if that has anything to do with his OS.

    Some user info may only be visible if the editor has “list_users” capability. WordPress assumes that you need to be an administrator to see personal data about other users.

    Unless you have a plugin that allows you to modify capabilities, that may mean giving him Administrator role.

    I use this plugin and it allows you create user roles give them different access I use it ti create a Entry Wizard helper
