    My backups have been incomplete for weeks and now my log in page is frozen and won’t let me sign in. Here’s my latest message: Backup of: https://martinvictorsworld.com

    Dropbox error: User has removed their App folder. (401)

    Hi,

    This error, which Dropbox sends back, means pretty much what it says – that you’ve deleted the UpdraftPlus folder from your Dropbox, and so there’s no folder for UpdraftPlus to upload its backups into any more.

    To create a new folder, click on the link in the Dropbox configuration part of the UD settings page to re-authenticate – and it should then get re-created.
