Incompatible WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro

    Hello! I have WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro on my site, and did try to install you plugin to have full Reviews experience… however, when I activate this plugin, my admin screen crash to white screen, and don’t work. Only deleting plugin via ftp helps. Site works normal, only admin dashboard is not working.

    I think this is because I have another plugin for reviews installed.

    Suggestions?

    Thanks for the interest in our plugin!

    I don’t think that the plugins are compatible. I haven’t had a chance to check it myself because WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro doesn’t have a free version but other people tried using them together and it didn’t work for them.     I have paid for the premium version of your plugin and now cannot use it due to this incompatibility. Is there no way you can resolve the conflict so both can be used ?

    Unfortunately, it is technically difficult to make the plugins compatible because the majority of their functions overlap and they are basically competing for the same space in WooCommerce customization. So, when both plugins are activated they want to extend WooCommerce in exactly the same areas and this leads to clashes and errors.

    This is tough. I’m looking to buy WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro, mainly for it’s SEO improvements, and that it allows social login integration to make it easier for customers to login and leave reviews.

    Your product also looks really good though. Especially for the reminders and the forms.
    Is your your schmema markup as thorough as Product Reviews Pro?

    No, they have more details schema markup. Not sure if all these details are necessary though, because you will get stars with Google even with the markup that comes in the standard WooCommerce.
