No.

Unfortunately, because of the way the wplink is written, only one plugin can really modify it at a time.

There’s a ticket in place for us to try to fix this, but until that core change happens, making these compatible is not really possible.

Note that the other plugin might work in the Visual editor, but not in the text editor. Maybe.
