Incompatible with WP Rocket? Age gate showing up every time.

  • Is there a chance that Age Gate 3.0 isn’t compatible with WP Rocket? I’ve set it to use Javascript but every product page I view that is product restricted, I’m presented with the Age Verification screen. Are there any other settings I can set to avoid this? It wasn’t an issue with WP Rocket 2.21.1.

    Hi @fidyyuan,

    Will look into it, do you have a link I can see. It sounds the age gate cookie isn’t being set, but would be good to see if I can.

    Hi @fidyyuan,

    Have tested with WP Rocket v3.12.0.5, WooCommerce 6.8.2 and with an inherited term on the product (as per the previous thread) and all works for me as expected.

    So if you have a link I think that’s going to be my best bet to try and work it out.

    In WP Rocket, try going to the “File Optimization” section and adding focus.js to the excluded Javascript Files list below “Delay Javascript execution” and “Load Javascript deferred.
