Incompatible with Tidio Chat

    Hi, I just wonder why it has a compatibility issue on TIDIO CHAT. So TIDIO Chat is like an embedded chat. When I put the shortcode of the seatreg. It also display along with the embedded chat of TIDIO Chat. So I have now 2 chat pop up of TIDIO Chat which is really funny looking. Check the screenshot below

    Hey, this needs to be investigated. In the meantime, you can try hiding it using custom styles found in the Registration Settings under the Custom Styles section.

    Hi Siim, thank you for your response. I just disable the TIDIO Chat for now and finding an alternative. Anyway, is there a way that I can add a decimal on pricing? It seems it doesn’t accept any decimal number like 3.5 etc. , I try to add now but it only outputs 3.

    How did you format this that will also accepts decimal numbers? Should the price value is float instead of having this as integers?

    Currently decimal prices are not supported. I cant remember the reason for the limitation. Needs to be investigated.

    Hi Siim, thanks for the info. Actually our pricing is whole number but since there are taxes and booking fees which we just added to the price itself as a whole and it creates decimals that is why I needed the decimal for pricing. But for some reason it has a conflict no problem. But if you can show me the file or file name that controls the pricing I can take a look into it I would really appreciate it.
