Incompatible with theme, limited in functionality

    I purchased the premium version of this app and was disappointed all round. Functionality was poor – there were plenty of templates but very few decent ones. It was also incompatible with my theme, which there was no prior warning about. Further, the support was dreadful. I needed a refund for my purchase which was within the refund policy but was met with a shocking attitude and a decline. I had to take it to PayPal to secure this (the dispute was found in my favor). Avoid this one, folks.
