Since I updated the Redirection plugin last, I now cannot add new users with the Next Active Directory Integration (NADI) plugin.

If I disable the Redirection plugin, I can add new users.

Since the NADI plugin hasn’t been updated in 8 months, it appears to be a change in the Redirection plugin that is causing the issue.

I have already tried removing all my redirects and keeping the Redirection plugin active which does not work (eliminating the possibility that the issue is caused by a redirect that I have created).

Thanks for any help that can be offered.

There’s not really anything in Redirection that would stop another plugin working. It’s probably worth checking your server error log (out of memory errors maybe), and your browser’s developer console.

Thank you for your quick response! Initially, nothing seemed wrong in the server error log, however the site in question is running an inordinate number of plugins. After running additional tests, it appears that the deactivation of this plugin may have only coincidentally appeared to fix the issue.
