It is incompatible with Litespeed crawler. The product page crawled using this tool cannot send any analysis information. I tried to use the browser to access the cache page and it worked normally.

You can disable the crawler blocking option on the plugin’s Global Settings page.

For a proper solution, we need access to a site where the Litespeed crawler. If you can give us access to such a staging site, it would be perfect. Send us a message directly on our site, please.

Because the online store is open, I am temporarily unable to provide permissions

Sorry, what I mean is that I cannot change the setting because the button is disabled, and the default is enabled

I directly modified the configuration from the database, and the option now shows as disabled. However, it seems that product pages cached by LiteSpeed Crawler still cannot send analytics. When checking the developer console, the pixel JS code is not present on the pages

Thank you. I haven’t contacted support yet, but theoretically, it should not exclude the JS code of any specific plugin. I have tried multiple Google Analytics plugins and have not encountered this issue.

The recent update includes some changes that can help with the Litespeed problem. Please update the plugin, and let me know if the issue is still present.
