Incompatible with Google Listings and Ads

  • Among several plugins I’ve tested for my purpose, this one was the best, no doubt about that and before going to the premium version, as I’ll need those extra features for sure, I noticed that bulk products created are not linked to Google Listings and Ads.

    On regular Woo products there is a Tab related to this plugin that’s not shown and bulk products are not shown on Google Merchants as well.

    Did you consider any form of integration of both plugins?

    I usually never mention such comments as integrations and compatibilities are usually focused on a small group of users but in this case, both plugins are installed by thousands and might be interesting for you.

    I’ve searched for similar posts but couldn’t find anything but Google Analytics one that seems to be already compatible.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    For your information, we received many reports about issues with the Google Listings and Ads before. Unfortunately, our developers have not been able to troubleshoot or pride a permanent fix for these issues yet. Our developers will continue investigating on this. However, for now, we must be honest that our plugin is not fully compatible with the latter.
