incompatible plugins WPEdit?

    Since I activated WP Edit (2.4) (replacing Ultimate Tiny MCE) on one of our websites CMS Tree Page View stopped working. The Page Tree did not load, the Dashboard did not load. Deactivating and reinstalling CMS Tree Page View did not help.

    Are WP Edit and CMS Tree Page View incompatible?
    Alternatively, the problem may have been caused by resource problems. The same website also experienced time out problems and 500 errors. My hosting provider could not find any resource problems and advises to deactivate all plugins.
    Before I do that: are there any known incompatibilities between CMS Tree Page View and other plugins?
