Incompatible Archive.: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

Generally speaking, the PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT error means that the backup archive you are attempting to restore was somehow corrupt.

We might be able to determine what went wrong based on the archive log on your main site. Navigate to Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs and look for the log file with a name like archive-XXXXX.log and the timestamp corresponding to when you took the backup.

We’re looking for the last few lines of that log, where you should see a message like Backup complete!

The 2nd thing we want to check is that the entire backup was uploaded to the new server. If the backup is 200MB on the original server, make sure it is exactly 200MB on the new server.

@brandonco Thank you for getting back to me! I took a look at the logs and I see where it says backup complete. I am not sure what you mean by checking the ‘new’ server. I have backups going to web server, dream objects, and my FTP

Thanks for your replay. The term new server is just referring to the destination for your original backup. If you’re restoring the backup directly from your web server the same applies you just want to be sure you have the resources available for the restoration to complete.
