incompatible and unsupported

I used to like this theme, started having problems with it back in 2020 and submitted a ticket but nobody responded. I kept following up on their support system and nobody ever responded. Just the automated responses but no fix. Years go by. Eventually I figured out – using the Jquery migrate tool – that the problem I’m having is because of an incompatibility with several of the recent jquery versions. I had to pick a rather old one to get it to work. I go to their site and there’s no way to contact them outside of the ticketing system. Curiously, their website is still accepting purchases, but nobody is there to offer any support apparently. I would stay away from any SmartCat theme at this point. If I could give them a negative score I would.
