incompatibility with wpml options not shown on order for translated languages

  • Hello, we just discovered an issue when using YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons with wpml.

    We’ve created products extras options. All is working fine on original language. We can add products with options and order.
    We translated the products and options using wpml, they appear well translated on the translated version of the products front-end pages but the user selected options won’t save when adding on the cart, thus won’t get registered for the order. (on the cart you’ll see the product with listed available options but they’re all empty).

    On the order, the options won’t appear and an error will appear “Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$key in?[…]/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/meta-boxes/views/html-order-item-meta.php?on line?38“

    I suppose it’s because the translation doesn’t when adding in cart.
    Can you fix this please ?

    Sure thing, you can go here : https://www.amigosskateshop.com/fr/product-cat/skateboard-fr/boards-decks-planches/
    Select whatever board and select these options before adding to cart:
    Grip : Gratuit
    Set up : appliquer le grip

    These are free options, you’ll see that they aren’t set in the cart after you’ve added the product with them. It works well on the original version (english).

    Hello, I’m sorry I didn’t get your question.
    I have translated the options using wpml > translation management and looked for the options I’ve created and then translated them. Which looks like it’s working since I can see those translations on the product page, but not on the cart and on the order.

    Is there another way ? Because when I’m on the YITH options pages and change the admin language to French (using the wpml menu on the topbar), the options I’ve created already exist. I can’t translate them from here or anything.
