• I have a WordPress Multisite installation with an additional setting of giving WP its own directory. I followed instructions in the Codex, and my multisite works well. I installed my site at domain.com, moved the WP installation to domain.com/wpfolder, and then I activated the network. After that, I made three subsites, i.e. domain.com/one, domain.com/two, and domain.com/three.

However, when I activated W3TC it was not properly installed. The .htaccess set-up process only modified the content of .htaccess file within domain.com/wpfolder, but left .htaccess file within domain.com unmodified. Hence, now W3TC does cache for only my main site, which is administered at domain.com/wpfolder/wp-admin. Other three subsites are not cached because the .htaccess file within the root folder was not properly set up by W3TC plugin.

Could you please update the plugin to be compatible with an installation of WP Multisite that applies Custom WP Directory?
