Incompatibility with W3 Total Cache plugin

I’m using W3 Total Cache (Version 0.9.5.4). There appears to be some kind of incompatibility with this plugin. When I enable JS minify, pages/posts that use this plugin don’t load properly (blocking load) or the syntax highlighting doesn’t work (non-blocking).

There’s no indication whether the issue lies in your plugin or the other plugin or a combination of both. So please take a look in to this to see if you can isolate the issue further. I’ve raised a parallel issue with W3 Total Cache plugin as well.
