• I have had to disable Cleantalk AntiSpam as it was incompatible with SmartSlider 3 Pro which is a key function on my homepage. It stopped the slider working at all on mobiles and stopped any of the links working on the desktop version.

It is possible that it is the upgrade to the latest version of WordPress (6.7) that has exacerbated this, or a new update that Cleantalk have released that hampers my site. But I am unsure which I should do, revert to an earlier version of WordPress or wait for Cleantalk to release an update that ensures compatibility.

Would be very grateful for advice/support on this..

My site is working fine now that I have disabled it, but obviously I am now vulnerable to spam attack!

    Hello @zanchit,

You are mentioning the Anti-Spam plugin while the topic is created in the support forum of the Security plugin. These two plugins are different, please don’t confuse them.

Are you talking about this non-free plugin?

Also, have you tried to delete the CleanTalk plugin completely then install it anew? The guide how to do is here:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/update-wordpress

Don’t forget to clear your website cache after re-installing. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.

    Did it help?

Apologies for posting in wrong part of Cleantalk.

Yes Im talking about the paid for version of SmartSlider 3

Following your advice I deleted and reinstalled a prior version of Cleantalk – 6.4.5 (current version is 6.4.5.1). Same problem, but 6.4.4 works fine, so I have got that running for the moment. Have disabled auto-updates for time being.

Thank you so much for your help.

I shall try and post this in the right part of Cleantalk plugin support.
