Incompatibility with Smart Slider 3 Pro

  • The problem appears when Smart Slider 3 Pro plugin is activated.
    News ticker with Scroll-H animation always goes RTF, no matter what I set in the settings.
    I’ve tried the others animations and they doesn’t run smoothly for most of them.
    The text appear or disappear quite randomly.

    Any idea of where I can look at to find a solution and have Smart Slider 3 Pro and your plugin running well together?

    I tried with Smart Slider 3 it works well
    Tries with other theme

    Tried on a clean install with just your plugin & Smart Slider 3 Pro installed.
    Theme tried : Twenty Seventeen, Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Fifteen, Divi, Extra.
    Everything up to date.

    With Smart Slider 3, the free version, it works well.
    The problem appear only with the Pro version (the paid one).

    As soon as I activate Smart Slider plugin, text from News Ticker start coming from the left of the screen.
    I don’t even need to have a slider on the page/article where the News Ticker is.
    Simply activating Smart Slider plugin and the problem appear.

    I’ve asked Nextend team. Waiting an answer from them.

    Still opened for every suggestion.
