    Hi,In the WooCommerce update from 8.2 to 8.3 / 8.3.1 there is an incompatibility with the Redsys Woocommerce plugin (payment gateway). This incompatibility causes the website to crash when the Woocommerce plugin is updated and cannot be accessed from the desktop. To solve it I have to disconnect the Redsys Woocommerce plugin, and then activate Woocommerce again and update it (from cpanel at hosting service). And then activate Redsys Woocommerce again. But this raises several questions for me: will the Redsys plugin, so crucial for purchases to be paid for, work correctly? Every time WooCommerce is disconnected, and Redsys is activated, will the website go down again? Please work on a resolution of this incompatibility with this plugin that is so important for online stores.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing incompatibility issues between WooCommerce and the RedSys payment gateway.

    Are you perhaps using the RedSys Gateway | Pasarela Redsys para WooCommerce extension?

    If so, since this is related to a premium extension, if you have a valid license, please contact us directly via?Woo.com > My Account > Support. You may need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension before you are able to access that page.

    As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions/themes is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there.
