Incompatibility with -Really Simple CAPTCHA-

    In recently updated from 1.3.7 to your latest 2.2.1 and form7 stopped when using with the popular -Really Simple CAPTCHA- (700,000+) plugin.

    It does not send the form, it stops on verification, asking for the correct characters, every time I submit.

    Restoring to previous 1.3.7 solves de problem.

    We have just tested that on a dev enviorment and couldnt reproduce the issue,
    Can you send a link to your website so we can take a look ?
