• Hello!

    I’ve just purchased WP Shopify today for a client project and am excited to get it up and running.

    Unfortunately, it appears that this plugin is “breaking” the theme I’ve chosen to use: Bridge by Qode Themes

    I’ve just reached out to Qode’s support team to see if there’s anything they can do on their end, but I wanted to reach out directly here as well to see if there’s anything that can be done on the plugin-side to resolve the issue.

    @andrewmrobbins I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials. I have flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    @kieraellen The author made another mistake. He is not allowed to support any customers or the “pro” version on these forums. I have archived all of the replies and I am losing this topic. Please do not seek support from the author on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
