• I have been really happy with this plugin but now I need to use this plugin – WooCommerce MyPost Business – too and they are not compatible. I have to deactivate Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce plugin every time I need to use the other plugin – which is every day.
I have not found any suitable alternatives to either of these plugins.
Can anything be done about this incompatibility?

    Hi @facepaintworld,

Can you please tell us what is the exact compatibility issue you face when both these plugins are used together? Also, please share the exact plugin page URL that you are referring to.

If it is a paid plugin, can you share a copy of the plugin with us on support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com so that we can temporarily activate it on our local test site to see what the compatibility issue is?

If this is something that can be fixed from our end we will do our best to help.

    Kind Regards,
    Upendra

    Thanks.
    The incompatibility is thus:
The MyPost plugin allows you to download a csv files to import into MyPost (Australia Post’s website). You can download a csv file for a single order (this works fine along with the Print invoice plugin, but isn’t much use anyway) or you can do a bulk download of multiple orders within a single CSV file – this latter is the point of the MyPost plugin and is what is not compatible with Print Invoice plugin.
When the Print Invoice plugin is active, then attempting to Download MyPost CSV as a bulk action results in an empty CSV file.
If I deactivate the Print Invoice plugin, then the bulk download works fine, creating a csv with a line of data for each order.

Here is website of the other plugin – https://www.appjetty.com/woocommerce-australia-mypost-shipping.htm

Email copy of the plugin download? I could probably do that but I only bought license for 1 domain
