    Hello Guys,

So, the problem is with Learndash lessons, simply the Meta Description is ignored and instead it is taken from the Course itself, and not from the lessons.

I tried Yoast for example, and it could differentiate lessons from Course itself.

    Any advises ?

    Hello!

The problem with LMS software for WordPress is that they’re often providing a CMS on top of the WordPress CMS; so, TSF cannot communicate with them via WordPress’s API.

Since Yoast SEO is one of the most popular plugins, it’s often finding free compatibility patches from third parties, such as Learndash — something of which we do not have the luxury.

Unfortunately, I cannot affirm my first statement nor provide further support, since Learndash is commercial software we have no access to. Please reach out to the authors at Learndash.

Hello @cybr thank you for your reply,
I understand that, however on the other hand, your plugin actually supported better stuff for our case with Learndash it self.
The only thing left to perfect everything is the description of the Meta

I can provide you a pilot with my own license, would you take a look on it ? we are not in a rush, it’s just something to make everything perfect

    Hi again ??

I’m glad to learn TSF has been mostly compatible.

Thank you for the offer, but I must decline. I can’t build stable software and promise compatibility without immutable cooperation from the creators to whose software it’s interfacing. Boldly said, much like with WPML, the developers at Learndash must reach out to me, as I remain a free software volunteer without their monetary interests at heart.

If you wish to resolve this without waiting on us to cooperate, then I recommend checking out our brief description API.
