• Hi, I’d like to report a trouble with this plugin.

After the latest Health Check plugin update, yesterday, there is a problem with the Jetpack Statistics panel displayed on the WordPress Dashboard.

The try of loading statistics icon is displayed but the data never show.

I have tested it on 3 websites with different plugins and it is only yours (activated) that shows this incompatibility with Jetpack.
Within the Jetpack menu, on their own dashboard they do work, failing only on the WP dashboard.

    Hiya,

Is this happening while in troubleshooting mode, or on every page load ?

Hi, in troubleshouting mode, with only 2 plugins activated, Health Check and Jetpack, it works fine. Not in normal mode.

Now I have tried it again with this new update v1.4.4, and all plugins deactivated in normal mode, except Health Check and JetPack and it works. Then I activate plugins 1 by 1 and the failure occurs together with Yoast SEO:

    YS + JP = OK
    JP + HC = OK
HC + JP + YS = fail in normal mode, OK in troubleshouting mode

There was a bug when troubleshooting was running in versions prior to 1.4.4 when running the new WordPress 5.4, which caused a fatal error and likely would have created issues for any JavaScript tasks (like the Jetpack stats).

That was resolved in 1.4.4, if you’re seeing a problem specifically only when Yoast is enabled, I would reach out to the mat this point (we’ve got good communication so if it’s some weird interaction between the three I suspect they’ll let me know ?? )

I too am having this issue. With this plugin active the stats by jetpack dashboard widget fails to load. Disable this one plugin and the stats load again.

WP 5.4.1 JP 8.5 everything updated and latest version.
