Incompatibility with caching plugin

Hi Thimo,

There seems to be an incompatibility between your plugin and my caching plugin. Support of WP-Rocket reported me:

“I found the issue. it’s a conflict with the WP-Spreadplugin. It adds this line in its code: @define(‘DONOTCACHEPAGE’, true);
It means it doesn’t allow any caching plugin to work properly with this line!”

Is this something you can fix?
