Incompatibility with Blocksy theme?

    Successfuly installed the plugin, but when I click on “Configure”, it just sends me to Product Catalog configuration page. In this page I can’t see any settings related to the plugin, just the default settings from Woocommerce, and the default sorting options have not changed either.

    I have the Blocksy theme installed and I was wondering that there is some sort of incompatibility that is preventing the plugin’s setting page to be displayed.

    Amber here, thanks for contacting SkyVerge about our Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce plugin! I’m happy to help! ??

    I understand that you installed our plugin, and after the installation, you clicked “configure” and it brought your to the default WooCommerce customize settings. This is expected. On that Customizing ? WooCommerce ? Product Catalogue you should see additional sections for adding and removing product sorting options.

    From what I’m reading, it seems that those settings are not there, is this correct?
