Incompatibility with Avada Theme

Hi @palansher,

We have heard of similar Font Awesome version conflicts with Avada a long time ago and I even thought that it has been now fixed since we’ve moved to Font Awesome 5 for NextGen.

We’d like to take a closer look at the problem. We may need to temporarily deactivate plugins and switch the theme while troubleshooting. Would you feel OK with that? If so, please send us a bug report here: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug , refer back to this forum thread, and let them know Mihai referred you. ??

As Mihai mentioned, it’s already been reported to our developers.
A similar issue was solved some months ago with an update of “Avada Theme”.

Please be patient. Please keep in mind that our developers need to address this issues in order of priority, so an issue that many hundreds of users are experiencing will need to be addressed before an issue reported that is affecting only a few users or just one.
