Incompatibility issue with Shipment tracking

    Hello,there is problem with the custom order status created by Shipment Tracking:
    When I enabled the option to let user to comment only at the status of “Delivered”, not on Shipped (Completed). The plugin still let user to leave their comment when the order status is Shipped(Completed)
