    Hello.

As stated in the title, I have problems in visualising the videos uploaded on Google Drive, but this happens only with iOS operative systems (Mac, iPad, iPhone), not with Windows or Android ones. What is the problem?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
just to make sure, what is the format of the video – not all are supported by all browser – see the FAQ.

    Hi Mark.

They are all mp4 (yes, I saw the FAQ, that’s why we chose that format).
Any ideas (or any other similar cases)?

    Thank you.

Any other ideas? Otherwise I have to rethink the whole site finding another solution… Thank you!

    Hi,
I have no other ideas and I frankly do not even know how to debug this, since AFAIK iOS safari has way to even see things like the browser console or developer tools without a Mac.

Yes, and Safari on my Android smartphone works perfectly with the plugin, it appears to be an OS issue…

May I add, the same videos in Google Drive, without the plugin, work perfectly

Google Drive uses an entirely different method of playing videos, so unfortunately, that doesn’t really tell much ?? I suggest trying a different video format to see what works.

Yes, I already tried, but unfortunately it doesn’t help ?? Is it the only time this error occurred?

Yes, this is the first time this issue was reported – we know that the video format support is quite limited, but we didn’t encounter this specific issue with iOS…

Thank you for the compliments! And thank you for the plugin, it is very effective.

Now it works on Mac (I just rebooted it, don’t ask me how this happened…), but it still doesn’t work on iPhones. Any solutions? ?? If not, I am forced to look for other alternatives…

Good luck for your personal website!

    Hi,
unfortunately, I have no ideas about iPhone support other than trying different video formats…

Good luck to you as well!
