Incompatibility Astra Theme and Formidable Forms Plugin

    Hello,

    I am sending my support request here because customer support service is not working for PRO customers …

    We have detected an incompatibility between the Astra theme and a very popular form plugin. Adding image to form is blocked by Astra theme.

    I requested a resolution from Astra spport but it was ignored.

    I have found that I am not the only one complaining about Astra customer service. It’s a shame not to honor its services. Other plugins have great customer service. This is certainly not the case with Astra customer service.

    Regarding the ticket opened, probably we are unable to track the same. Can you open a ticket for the Pro concern by emailing us directly from your registered ID to support@ bsf[dot]io or you can reach out to us through our Support Portal – https://wpastra.com/support/open-a-ticket/

    Hello,

    I have created a third ticket for the Pro concern by using your Support Portal and sending your an email.

    I still have not received an answer…

    I am engaged for a year on several sites with your Pro theme. I’m not considering renewing my subscriptions or creating new sites with your theme due to lack of customer service. So please make me change my mind.

    That’s strange!

    As we can see the tickets opened have been duly responded to for the ticket opened on 24th March and for the new ticket on 1st April. The tickets were opened from – organisation@e*******fr

    Please check your inbox or junk folder for any emails from [email protected]

    Also, please whitelist us our email ID.

    Hello,

    It is not possible. I have not received any customer support email in my mailbox, nor in my spam emails. In addition, I sent the tickets with different email addresses, including one from the Gmail messaging service. And I never received any response …

    Can you resend or post them here ?
