Incoming Webhooks not being received

I’m building a micropayments plugin. I’m sending webhooks to: https://staging2.shop.trelis.com/wp-json/trelis/webhook but I’m not receiving any webhooks in wordpress (or to the email I’ve set up to receive the webhooks).

I’ve linked the code above. Thanks in advance.

Note that I’m not getting any errors in my debug log
