Incoming Links

On the dashboard in WP-Admin for my blog, there is a box called Incoming Links. This box says it will show any links to your website if they are on Google Blog Search. I assume, therefore, that any links I have created on Social Bookmarking sites, Squidoo, Hubpages, Ezine Articles, and etc, will not show in this Incoming Links box. Am I correct?
