Including podcast entries in sidebar information

    I am trying to figure out if there is an easy way to have podcast-related information show up in the sidebar. Right now I have a site with no regular posts, only podcasts. For example:

    “Archive” could show the monthly archive of podcasts (separate from or perhaps in addition to normal posts)
    In addition to “Categories”, there could be a “Series” heading, and clicking on a series would show only the podcasts associated with the selected series
    “Meta” could include a “Podcast RSS” link

    I have not really delved into customizing WordPress yet, so I don’t know if this is something I could do myself. I understand if this is not the direction the developer wants to take the plugin, but I think something like this would be useful for a site that consists solely or mostly of podcast entries.

    Hi there,

    There is a widget that is supplied with the plugin – you can simply add it to your sidebar by going to Appearance > Widgets in your WordPress dashboard.

    That being said, I do have plans to develop a more useful and functional widget for this plugin as the current widget is fairly limited. Thanks for your suggestions with regards to that – I will take it all into consideration when building the new widget functionality.
