Included jquery.tools.min.js cause conflict

Hello,

While supporting our plugin for our clients we’ve found out that your plugin includes the jquery.tools.min.js on all of the pages in the Admin Dashboard. And it breaks the default jquery-ui-tooltip functionality by adding it’s own (much worse) implementation.

I didn’t see the tooltips being used on your plugin’s pages, so perhaps it’s not needed.

So I’d like to ask you to either:
– remove the file if it’s not needed
– limit it scope, so it’s only included where needed
