Include wordpress without using it?

  • I have an exisiting website for a local political canidate who wants to blog on it however the site was already designed without that in mind. I need a stoopid friendly interface for her to post her blogs in whish wordpress is perfect for however I need the blog script jsut to show up in the site without the whole wordpress package. like an include or inline text. how do I do this or can it not be done!?

  • If you look at the existing code and themes, you can begin to see how wordpress shows posts, etc.. You could either

    A) Disregard themes and essentially copy and paste most of the code into your website design, a more experienced wordpress user might be able to post some better advice on how to do that or..
    B) Create a wordpress theme for wordpress that looks just like your website.
