For this, you can use the?{user_display}?Smart Tag as the default value of a Single Line Text field (screenshot). In case it helps, we have a guide about this smart tag here.

By default, we do not have a smart tag for username. In case you want to create a smart tag for your users’ username, please follow the instructions in this guide.

Then, to hide the Single Line Text field, you can add?wpforms-field-hidden?to the?CSS Classes in that field. We have a detailed guide explaining this here.
