Include some product attribute parameters to be cached

I’m here to ask for your advise. I have some single product variation url-s which would be nice to include in cache, like these:

It would be nice to INCLUDE these “?attribute_pa_minta=” parametered url-s somewhere here with a rule: https://prntscr.com/rhhdx4My tests without parameters:
