Include Random Posts Full Content, rather than just the Excerpt

A while back, I wrote a patch that allowed you to add full posts, rather than just the excerpt. I submitted a pull request here – https://github.com/themejunkie/advanced-random-posts-widget/pull/3
It would be good to get it merged and improving your plugin!
