Include products restocked within last x days as new in product shortcode

    Hi,

    I am using the products shortcode to display “new in” products, but in addition to just showing the most recently published products I’d also like to include recently restocked products.

    I know I can filter the output of the shortcode, however I am unsure how to check whether a product has been restocked in the last 7 days.

    I understand that you are using the products shortcode to display the latest products on your site and you would like to also include the recently restocked products. However, you are unsure how to check whether the product has been restocked in the last 7 days, correct?

    By default, only the [recent_products] shortcode is included here: Shortcodes included with WooCommerce.

    Adding the recently restocked products would need some customization to address. Unfortunately, custom coding is not something we can assist with directly. However, I’ll keep this thread open for a bit to see if anyone from the community can lend a hand.
