Include post slug or URL hidden from form

    Hi,
    I’ve tried searching the forum and couldn’t find an answer, so I hope you will be able to help me please.
    I would like to have the post URL and/or slug included in the response when a form is submitted please – but not have this displayed in the form the user is filling in.
    Please could you let me know if this is possible, and if so, how to achieve it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. I had seen this, but I don’t understand how to add it to the form – I have tried several ways and all I see is [_URL] on the screen.

    Here is my form –
    —
    <label> Your Name (required)
    [text* your-name] </label>

    <label> Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email] </label>

    <label> Telephone Number
    [tel* your-phone] </label>

    <label> Your Message
    [textarea* your-message][_url]</label>

    [submit “Send”]
    —

    Please could you help me understand where to place [_URL] so that it is returned with the response, but hidden from the screen?

    I have fixed this now, I realised they needed to go in the ‘Mail’ tab in the ‘Message Body’ within form config.
