Include plugin version in zip file name

    The problem is that when installing a new plugin the zip filename becomes the plugin folder name – so now the version becomes part of that folder name. Then what happens when the plugin is upgrade to a newer version?! I definitely agree that the version should be part of the zip filename – anything else is ludicrous. But someone at WordPress didn’t really think through managing plugin versions..
