include pdf files in sitemap

    I haven’t attempted this myself, but it would be ideal to include a list of your PDF files in the sitemap if you want them indexed.

    You should be able to easily add them under the ‘Additional pages’ section. I would personally give them a low priority and low change frequency, depending on if they ever get modified.

    there are over 100 pdfs, with more being added weekly. do i need to add each one on individual pages?

    I came here looking for the same thing. Same story as zhidoni – it’s impractical to add them by hand.

    It would be nice to add images and PDFs that are stored in the media library to the sitemap.

    I also need a sitemap of the PDFs and MS documents on my site. I am creating redirects from our old website. If this plugin can’t do it is there one that can? Any solution would be better than copying and pasting over 200 redirects in!
