That being said; I did a quick review of changes in 5.1.0 and don’t see why this would be labeled a security issue?

And if you want you can simply overwrite wp-content/autoptimize/classes/external/js/lazysizes.min.js with the contents of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/aFarkas/lazysizes/5.1.0/lazysizes.min.js

and yes, I already overwrite 5.0.0 with the new one ??
