Include lift date on email

Hi,

Thanks for your kind words and for your suggestion. Am I correct in saying that when the user is banned and they receive their email notification, you would also like the option of including the “lift” date in that email so they know how long they’ve been banned for? Please let me know if I’ve misunderstood. Sounds like a great idea, let me see if I can incorporate into the next release.

I’ve just released an updated version of the plugin 1.2.6 which includes the features you requested. Can you please update to the new version and let me know how you get on?

In summary, if you include the new tag %%unban_date%% in the ban user email template this will then include the lift date. So I suggest something like:

This ban will be lifted: %%unban_date%%

I’ve also added an option that allows you to set the date format so dd-mm-yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy

I just tried it and it worked! Thank you so much. But I’m not sure if it’s a bug or just me, I wasn’t be able to change the date format. It goes back to dd-mm-yy when I try to refresh the ban settings page.
