Include GST Tax calculation not working

Just to confirm, the regular price (without GST) of the products on your screenshots is $165, correct?

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
