Include firstname and lastname in new user registration

I have implemented this plugin for my client to enable members of their organization to self-register in order to gain access to a members only area. So far everything is working as advertised, however the administrator does not necessarily recognize member’s email addresses. Is there a way to require the user to enter their firstname and lastname in addition to email address in the registration form, so that the administrator can see this information when deciding to approve/disapprove the registration?
