Include / Exclude Categories

I was testing version 2.0 of the collapsing categories plugin when I noticed that the inclusion or exclusion of categories does no longer work.

The goal was to use this function to show just one category, but neither the inclusion of just the chosen category nor the exclusion of all others worked. I had to go back to version 1.2.2 of the plugin where it worked like a charm.
