Include descriptive texts into my Homepage

  • Hi,

    On my Homepage, I would like to add the following texts (with links to inner pages on anchor text) . The desired location is in between the feature text heading section and the first, second, third and fourth features column headings.

    Is it at all possible? Can do with custom css or other methods ? Appreciate your help.

    Below is the sample of description text about my services. (centre the text across the page)

    Range of issues (larger font size compared to descriptive text)
