Include button in wp nav items

This is a great idea and I’m just experimenting with it on a site I’m editing on the Genesis framework.
Just wondering if you’d have any recommendations on how to get the button to appear as a permanent fixture in the wp nav menu at the top – I’ve experimented with placing <?php do_action(‘wpcallback_button’); ?> in header.php but the positioning isn’t ideal, so hoping this might be an option.
